It is the plug for a clutch pedal switch, it has the the factory insert in it to bypass, since you have an auto. All the trucks have them, autos just have the bypass insert, since the pcm reads the gear selector position.
That looks like the parking brake switch connector to me. I am going off memory though and I am not getting any younger.
The switch is located at the top of the parking brake lever action near the side wall just under the dash. They are typically white and have a plunger that is depressed by the brake lever.

Regarding this from the original question posted in 2021, so all the auto trucks have a clutch safety switch with a factory jumper plug in it? Wouldn't this make a good anti theft device/kill switch? I'm going to have to look for mine tomorrow.
