Any recommendations on after market seats for 68 single cab pics would be nice

You will get better responses if you include a little more information about what you want that a stock seat doesn't give you.

It sounds like what you could use is a seat from a 90's pickup. They fit in bumpsides, just source one however you can and bolt it in.

Yes, it does for fitment. Up to 96 for F-150's, and 98 for F-250/350's.

If out of a Ford, it will fit without mods up to 1996.

Of course, with the right skills and tools, anything is possible. Just don't brag about swapping in Chevy parts around here if you don't want any flak.

Rear bench seat from a 99-02 crew cab super duty is very comfortable. Usually not worn out like the front seats.
