I've searched on the forum for years when I'd have to figure something out for someone else, but now that I have my 7.3 I've searched and read a ton more lately. Last 2 diesels were cummins, a 03 and an 05, and I'll never own another one. Actually wasn't ever going to buy a diesel again. But ended up with this 02 supercab dually, and I love it.
I wanted to post an update to this. Came home and took the new Dorman uvch off the passenger side and replaced it with the old Ford one and she fired up and ran great.. Drove it home from my dad's and I'm happy as hell so far. 180/30 and a kc stage 2 is a fantastic combo.
Anything about the new Dorman UVCH you took off jump out at you, as far as why that bank was not firing? Wondered if any of the connections were loose, or mis-wired in that harness.
