Driveshaft

How far in the transmission does the driveshaft need to go? Also if I push it all the way in I can wiggle it up and down a little bit. This is on a 90ish aod.

If using a new yoke, around 2 inches outside of the tail housing, up and down movement of the yoke could mean the tail housing bushing is worn.
