Need some help on front end clunk

I've searched. I've found good information. But I am still chasing this.
Truck is a 2018 F250 Lariat FX4 6.7. 34k. Dealer installed leveling kit from new (under spring kit).
I have been running fuel wheels and Toyo Open Country ATII 325 60 20's since about 11k.
I have added Fox 2.0's and a dual stabilizer kit. The Shocks about a year before the clunk and the stabilizers after.
About 3 months ago I took it to the dealer and they changed the drag link ball joint and pass tie rod. I've also added the SPC caster bushings and it had zero effect on the noise. I've also changed swaybar end links to greasable. The truck is spotless underneath and is pampered.
So here's the description.
At low speeds backing out of my driveway with the wheels cut, when I start moving the other way onto the road I will get the clunk. Going straight up and over small road dips and things it will clunk. It seems to be when the axle would tilt left and right not necessarily just up and down. I've checked everything including shock bolt torque and can't find it.
The only thing I see is the trac bar bushing moving in and out at stop just moving the wheel back and forth (not cutting).
Please give me some ideas to narrow it down before I go nuts. I'm leaning trac bar or the Fox shocks are bad. They are really soft and I can move the front end up and down fairly easy. But no signs of leakage.
Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem that drove me crazy on my Jeep. It turned out to be a worn shock bolt, but I think you already checked that.

I think you might be on the right track(no pun intended) with that track bar. I don't think you should see movement like that.
Shocks shouldn't make it any easier or harder to move the suspension up and down, meaning to check them requires removal. A bad shock, or bad shock bushing can make a clunk sound.
