Anyone know how to contact NumberDummy? I tried to send him a PM but it says he has chosen not to receive PMs. I'm trying to find the part number(s) for Y block flexplates. I need one so I can install a FMX behind my Y Block.
I can give you some numbers, but I have no idea if they will work with the FMX trans, and it's unlikely Bill would either, since you're looking at a non stock application which a parts catalog wouldn't address. John Mummert may be a better resource for that answer.
My early catalog (Nov 54) shows B4A 6375-C for 223-6 and 239-8 with Fordomatic trans.
The 48-56 catalog from 1964 shows 2 options with Fordomatic trans. B8A 6375-C shows the same application as the flexplate above, so I'm guessing that is a superceded number for the same part. 56 272 is called out for flexplate B7A 6375-A. Both of those are to be used with 3 reinforcing plates, B9AZ-6A366-A.
