Multiple issues with my Excursion V10

I am having multiple issues at the same time with my excursion. The turn signals are not working but the hazards are. The cruise control is not working. The rear blower fan is not working. And the heated seats are not working. This all happened at the same time. Wondering if all of these are somehow connected together? I have replaced the flasher and have bought a new multi function switch but have not installed it yet. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

There is a nice write up on water intrusion from a leaking windshield shorting out the fuse/GEM box under the dash. I would think that might be a good place to start looking for electrical issues.

I was afraid it might be the GEM. I will check that out.

It is not to difficult, I had a windshield leak on the passenger side that leaked into the glove box on my V10. So I pulled mine to check, mine was fine with no corrosion.

I would just think it would be time consuming pulling each contact and cleaning them. Was fairly easy to pull and check it out though.

X2 on checking the CJB for water intrusion.
What year Ex do you have?
In 2002 there were changes to the wiring.
For 2002+ fuse F2.27 15A is for the heated seats and speed control.

Mine is a 2005. Fuse F2.27? Is that in the regular fuse panel under the steering column? I am not recognizing that number. Thank you for the response.

Oops, was looking at the Wiring Diagrams book.
Yes, fuse panel under the steering column.
2005 Owner's Manual, pg. 200-201, fuse panel diagram, fuse #27, "Ignition switch Run feed".
My 2002 Wiring Diagram says fuse 2.27 is "Auxiliary Climate Control, Heated seats, Vacuum pump motor, speed control, Overhead console, Brake shift interlock, Electronic Shift On the Fly solenoid, Digital Transmission Range sensor".
