Spare tire

1978 F150
Did they come with the box side spare carrier?
Ive had a few and this is first one ive seen with it?

Somewhere I have one came out of a wreck, I used it when we had a shell on it and went camping. Took it out and put it away somewhere safe I rekon.

I have had a few of these ol rigs, I have seen a ton of these rigs in JY's and I never seen one in any of them. Trust me I am looking. Never seen any holes from one being in it either.

I've never seen one in any trucks in the few JY's where I live either. My truck has holes in that spot and I suspect it had one originally. There's no under-the-bed spare tire carrier. I think the PO took it before he sold it to me, he only owned the truck for a short bit and he was a big Ford truck fan having 6-7 of these dentsides at his house. I'm sure he knew how uncommon they are.
