I do.
Lately I am lucky to get 4 hours sleep.
My body hates me anymore, and is paying me back for all stupid stuff i did when i was younger

We're all paying the price for youthful...and...not so youthful indiscretions. If only we knew then what we know now. I'm not so sure it would have made any difference though.

I know it would have made no difference in my case. Just yesterday I was speaking with a friend about events in our lives that we were lucky to survive, and I'm sure that we all have a few.

I spent much of my life being the biggest, strongest "kid" on the block. It wasn't until I hit 65 that I realized that I couldn't lift an entire tree trunk any more and my back reminds me almost daily....

i used to run up and down 85 foot aerial ladders as a kid on the fire department. i held the county record for up to the top, grab the flag, and back down on the ground for close to 6 years.
now i am lucky if i can go up three steps on a ladder to change a light bulb and back down.

People of your age...and...in your condition...are wise to avoid ladders completely. That's what I do.

i bet if i got the new hips i would be able to climb ladders again, but why if the kids are willing to do it for me?

My hips are fine...it's new knees that I need...along with a few other parts.
