Ashtray
I know I have seen some threads here about the ashtray not staying in but I didn’t really see a solid answer. I have a 97 (older body 96 style) F350 and the ashtray falls out. The ash tray falling out is driving me nuts! I would like to keep it looking original if possible. Any fix or recommendations??

There's a metal tab that keeps the tray held in the frame that mounts to the dash.
It's either bent up where it don't catch or broke off.
There's a fix for the frame mounting to dash on the sides when those break.
I have mine in a drawer if you want pics when I can.
