So this is NOT the "wandering" problem.. i fixed all of that!
The steering seems to be slipping and is most noticeable in long gradual curves on the highway. You will be going just fine and then all the sudden it's like the steering wheel goes a bit more but the wheels don't, like the steering wheel is slipping. This is my daily driver now and I am getting worried.
A few thoughts were:
1. That the gears in the steering box are worn down. ( I adjusted this about 6 months ago prior to this "slipping" being an issue)
2. All of the front steering linkages are really tight and barely a few years old. I dont think this is the issue.
3. Wheel hubs are new as of march 2020 and probably only about 10K miles on them. I dont think this is the issue.
I take it you can't replicate it while in the driveway? I'd still be curious to look at all the linkages from steering box to wheels with the engine running and someone turning the wheel while stopped to find any play.
How's the track bar bushings? Track bar mount at frame end not cracked?

Track bar is fairly new.. bushings are tight. It is a Zone Off Road aftermarket adjustable trackbar.
I checked for play in the linkages, none found. And yes, wife in drivers seat turning the wheel. Engine running.
