Torque converter squaling

1983 f150 c6 auto 351w. Just got my truck running and now when I drive, it sounds like the torque converter making a metal on metal sound. Everything was torqued when we put all that stuff in. It shifts 1-2-3 fine. But, has hesitation in building pressure when putting in gear. Converter was full and primed when put in. Trans is also full to the correct amount.

Flexplate rubbing against metal spacer? My 1986 was delivered from the factory rubbing. It takes just a smidge of distortion in the spacer.
