While at work for quite some time, and the wife's car was stolen, she came to see me and apparently decided to top off the fluids without my knowledge. Anyway, the main coolant reservoir was plumb full, and I mean full full, so I promptly drained some out and cleaned up the mess of coolant on the undercarriage. Mind you it's 90+ degrees everyday so getting up to temp isn't a problem and I'm sure some spilled out somewhere and potentially has caused an issue, being as today I found coolant in the V of the motor between the turbo and CP4 pump, I shop vac'd it out and will monitor, but I see no signs of it leaking anywhere, and have checked all the normal places for coolant leaks and some not so normal and have found none. Truck is heavily modified, but the cooling system, including intercooler is stock. Was curious if anyone has had things like this happen or am I kind of out in left field playin' by myself?
Nope, never had my wife open the hood of any car she has ever seen.
As for ur issue. I wouldn’t sweat it. Just hose out the engine bay.
Troy
btw, does she cook too?! Lol

well I kinda wish she hadn't opened the hood lol, but props for trying. She's an excellent cook too, which is a blessing and curse lol!
This sucks that your wife's car was stolen. I forgot to lock my truck the other night and some punk got in there and took some stuff. I am still pissed. I hope you catch the guy. I am installing some good cameras when they come into the store. Nothing like haveing someone steal your things. Thats why they invented Smith and Wesson.
Sorry to hear about the wife's ride brother. Unfortunate but true that scumbags are everywhere. I always lock my truck even though I'm out in the sticks south of the city. I don't trust anyone. Hopefully she just spilled some coolant and that's how it got there. Kudos for her opening the hood. Mine would not. Good luck.
