LPG Heads?

I was looking at new (remanned) heads options for a build and I noticed Jegs has heads labelled 65-84 for LPG models. My truck is actually set up with Duel LPG/gas on a 390FE stock motor which I don't think has anything special for the LPG other than the aftermarket LPG kit. But as far as heads for a 300 they are listed as LPG and Gasoline. Are there actually any differences in the heads? I know the octane on LPG is 104-112 so maybe smaller combustion chamber?? The live chat guy just told me they were different and would not work with gasoline but had no information on how they were different.

The 300 industrial with LPG had actual hardened exhaust seats and sodium filled valves.

Any problem with gasoline in them or would they just be dedicated for propane?
