My Blend door flap failed and I'm trying to find a replacement but I'm not getting anywhere. From the pic below, in my hand is what I found in my blower and now all I get is outside air inside the cabin so that leads me to believe the blend door flap failed. Can anyone help?
Fresh air intake door, you'll have to remove the dash in order to change that plenum section, can't just buy the door. Some people have used screws to jamb that door up into the closed position so that it stays closed and recirculates cabin air all the time.
If you wish to change that plenum, here's a part breakdown of it. Part #19A618
