Hesitation and stalling?
So trying to figure out my problem on my 2015 ford f150. When I drive for a while and then come to a stop it hesitates or sputters sometimes. Not every time but every once in a while it stalls out. Starts right back up. Had all the plugs changed and spent a grand at ford dealership to fix it. But still happens. I figure it may be fuel injectors but had those all cleaned up also. Plugs are firing. Spaced correctly. Just don't know what to do and looking for some help from those way more knowledgeable than I. Thanks,

What engine do you have?

Check the ground cable and connection on your battery. A bad ground can cause a lot of weird issues. Same with a corroded ground cable.

What engine? Seems I read and hear of quirky things when the throttle body gets dirty. Seems many just replace it.

Replace the throttle body, these are a replaceable maintenance item. Don't attempt to clean or the stepper motor will be damaged.

Yep. Had that replaced a month ago. Sorry. Forgot to mention that

Normally 150k is the lifespan however I have seen them at 200k without issues.

What about the vvt? Could that be the culprit? If you think it is where is it located on a 5.0 V8
