This is the second fuel pump i have installed and it's still acting the same, electric hanger assembly fuel pump, when I prime the pump i can hear it run but little to no pressure is coming out, same thing happened to my last fuel pump. This truck had been sitting for about 6 to 7 years and was running when i went to look at it on bad gas. I assumed the fuel pump went out and it looked shot when I took it out. I disconnected the fuel line to the tank selector valve and primed the pump but it was just barely dripping out gas. And no the line is not clogged because I just replaced it. I do not think this is a electrical issue unless it's stuck on the rear tank but i doubt it because I can hear the front one running, which is the one I replaced. I can run the fuel pump using a jump wire to constantly run the fuel pump and it sounds normal but it just barely drips out gas like before. I am completely stumped on this one and I would greatly appreciate some help, thanks.

If you're sure the fuel line isn't clogged then the only other parts in the system are the fuel pump and tank selector valve. Remove the selector valve from the system and run the fuel line directly from the tank, to the pump and up to the engine. If it still dribbles you know the pump is bad or the fuel line is clogged. Good luck.
So you have a line right off the pump nothing else between tank and hose end and it drips out?
What if the pump was wire backwards?
Try jumping the 2 wires to the pump switched and see what happens.

Nvm got relay to run again and switched 2 wires on fuel pump but now it wont run at all so the wires are right, the fuel pump is running but giving out very little pressure, this is the second brand new fuel pump to do this.
2 look to be fuse links and that add on end could have been a fuse link also that went bad and was replaced with a normal wire.
They all look dirty, clean them with sand paper to look all shiny and see if that helps.
A bad / weak connection could make the pump run slow.
The other thing I would do as a test is bypass the relay and put a battery volts to the wire going to the pump from the relay and see what happens.
Or run a wire from the battery to the pump would be even better just make sure the pump has a ground if you do it this way.
