Help identifying hose

Hey everyone, newbie here. I am in need of some help identifying a hose to have it replaced. The pictures below show the hose that needs to be replaced due to an small hose causing a leak. Can someone tell me what the hose is called? Thank you in advance.

It is a coolant hose from the intake manifold to the throttle body. Replace it with a piece of bulk hose and two new hose clamps.
