9000 series starter relay

I have a 1980 ford 9000 dump truck. Recently the starter quit but I can still hear a clicking in the dash when I try to start it. I can jump the hot cable to the solenoid at the starter to start it. I finally found the relay buried deep in the dash. There are 2 there and I'm not sure how it all works. Does anyone have a schematic for this or know how it works.

Some of the L series have a starter relay on the right side of the fire wall above were the heater hoses go thru to the heater

You can see it just above the voltage regulator on this 83 cab
