Won't start when hot
I have 08 F250 6.4. When truck is hot and turn it off truck will not crank. All power is on but will not crank. After at least a half hour the truck will start. Both batteries checked ok. The first two times this happened I could jump start the truck. The last time today I could not jump start it. But after letting it sit for a time it started.

Well, I understand that you checked the batteries but if you could jump start it then it's probably the batteries. Double check your battery post connections. If that's OK then you will probably be looking at replacing batteries. How old are they?
