56 f 100 Window regulators..! I have original regulator or wat came in truck!
Bought new hardware (roll up handle and door handle) of course they don't wanna slide on .. is there a trick to getting them to fit ?

I dont know about other suppliers, but Mid-fifty states that there are several manufacturers and the splines are different. They suggest to order the regulator shaft along with the handles.
I bought new regulators & handles and no problem.

Thanks I guess that'll have to do. I ordered a bunch of stuff at once and forgot those apparently. How is tear down on the regulators? I haven't looked at that yet ?

I bought complete regulators so no experience with changing just the shafts.
