Can’t speak for nc350 but my 250 with Spray n bed liner and 5th wheel prep was 2 1/2 months order to schedule. Then just over 2 more months to be built. Then it was put on Chip hold for another 15 day. Finally shipped Jan 4 with expected delivery 3 Feb. I will be at 6 months 9 days Order to Delivery.

That's interesting. My 17 350 was similar and had a 3100 payload. The 22 450 is a over 4900.

Long bed has a higher payload capacity than the short bed. If I could have fit it in my driveway I would have gotten the LB!

Suspension appears to be similar and obviously the engine and transmission is different. I think they just keep raising the payload numbers to stay competitive.

When did the Superduties get Aluminum Bodies? It was around then. Wonder if that is the biggest difference.

Got a text from my Dealer this afternoon with the updated VVR. The tracking website shows it shipped on 12/27 but was on the ramp at the plant since then. VVR showed it on a NS railcar going through Shelbyville KY on the 12th. I called the NS tracking line and seems its moving through Knoxville just a few minutes ago on its way to Winston Salem. I'm going to be calling that damn number all weekend to see when it hits the yard. My B-Day is next Saturday, so maybe it'll actually come in time for an early or on-time present.

I called that number prob 40 times to follow my truck...lol

Do you have the whole dial string setup so you just have to hit send on your phone and it puts all the numbers in for you?

No but I'd be much obliged if anyone could type out how to put that in the phone!

Follow the top post here. Makes it really nice, once you get the string setup with your rail car all you do is hit send and all the numbers are typed in for you

I took my new truck to a Cat Scale so I could get an accurate payload number. My f350 has the 12,400 lbs GVW package. I filled the truck up with fuel and drove it 100 feet to the scale. The o ly things I have added to the truck since purchased was a bedrug bed liner and a cheap roll up bed cover. Without anyone in the truck it weighed in at 8360. At this weight I would have a 4040 lbs payload vs the door stickers 3881 payload. I am not sure why there is such a difference. Maybe ford adds a standard weight for the driver when they calculated the payload. I am okay with this payload considering I check almost every box when I ordered the truck to include the sunroof, safe, and factory Warn winch.
