Managing rust - Is it possible

My truck is my 2nd vehicle. It only sees weekend warrior duty. Mechnically it's fine, only 90K on it too. But I have noticed rust is taking hold underneath in the bed area. The frame has some surface level stuff, it's fine. But some of the bed secure posts have a good deal of rust on them. Nothing that would weaken structurally to the point I'd be worried about it but obviously the longer it goes the worse it gets. Is there anything that can be done about this? Are there places you can go and have them sandblast the underneath to knock rust off and then have underneath primed/painted or undercoated? I really like my truck and would love to keep it for a very long time. But to preserve it's life I'll need to figure out a way to stop or really slow down the rust over the long haul. Open to suggestions.

Don’t sand blast it, the sand will get in every little crevice, and rub coatings off in places you can’t see or get too. Get it Soda Blasted, the Soda Can be washed away by water, also it’s good at taking any salt with it.
