normal running temp.

is 205 too hot?
i think that is why my ac is not working when sitting, looks like the fan is not working.
running down the road it is 184-185. but stop for a red light and it climbed to 205.3 degrees.
then the light turned green, and as soon as i started moving it dropped.

Yep fan had that happen on mine with less than 200 miles on it. Replaced fan and been fine ever since.
