Just wondering what options there might be for replacement headlights on my 2020 F150? I don't want to blind anyone but I swear the stock headlights on my 2010 Tacoma were a lot brighter than the ones on this Ford.

First, make sure they’re properly aimed and if that checks out and you’re still not happy, take a look at an upgraded aftermarket halogen bulb from a reputable brand like PIAA .
Whatever you do, don’t be like so many others who puts aftermarket LED bulbs in their OEM halogen housings which are not made for LED bulbs.
When it comes upgraded headlights on the F150, the first thing you need to ask yourself is how much do you want to spend and go from there.
I’ve seen some in person and the Headlight Revolution pics and videos. LED bulbs actually work well in F150 housings. Even the 2021s use LED bulbs in reflector housings. The F150 headlight has a nice cutoff without need for a projector.
That having been said, and Gabar is right, aim them first. I absolutely hated my headlights then noticed that they were aimed too high. Once I took the time to aim them properly, I was much more happy with them, to the point that 5 1/2 years later I still have the OEM bulbs. They are beginning to get noticeably dimmer now. I do a lot of rural night driving.

There are a few LED replacement bulbs that work well in the reflector housings of (at least) the 2015-2018 F-150 reflector housings. I picked a set of mini LED bulbs, which reduced the power draw from ~~ 45 watts to ~~ 16 watts, and provide a whiter, brighter low-beam with a clean cutoff. The LED bulbs I picked have very tiny LEDs that are positioned to match the size, orientation, and position of the halogen filament. They also had an adjustment so that you can rotate the LED to exactly match the requirement to work correctly.
