I don't think the L99 engine has any additional sensors vs the E99. Only thing the E99 PCM can't do is turn on the AIH, or PWM the torque converter.
That being said, an E99 PCM wont be programmed to handle L99 injector sizes or the long lead #8 I think.
What is 'PWM the torque converter'? And I have not heard that the injector size difference was an issue. I thought that certain PCM's were fully interchangeable with the AB injectors and that the AD's could be installed with no changes in PCM or IDM.

The other question is, did they change the E99 injectors into the L99 motor?? Because all the injectors are out of the E99 and there's a box of injectors with it. But idk if those injectors are the E99 or the L99. How can I tell?

E's have 'AB' on the tops of them and the others have 'AD' on them.
So at this point with 70 psi post filter fuel pressure and everything my gauges are showing.... its an HPOP or injector issue right? The only thing not up to spec is the HPOP pressure only getting to 2650.
