Tailgate straps

Tailgate straps
My dad has been restoring his 61 Unibody and he found a tailgate but not the hinges or straps that allow it to open & lock to sit on. Does anyone know of a place I can purchase these and if not, the dimensions of them. My husband can fabricate some if we need the measurements. I have gone to swap meets, junkyards, and searched online to no avail. Your help would be so appreciated. I would love to surprise him with these!

These supports are a little pricey but nobody else really makes them.

You are awesome! Thank you- I had something else totally in mind. Do I need the hinges to go with these straps or just the straps? Your knowledge is amazing and you have helped me hopefully give my dad a great Father's Day surprise

The hinges mount the tailgate to the body. The supports hold the tailgate at 45 degrees when open.
