I have an 89 f150 and the body lines are way off. It’s so bad I can’t even shut the door. I believe this is due to the rusted out rocker panels and floor pans but I’m not to sure so is there anything else that could cause this?
I have a good frame, but one thing I noticed (even in the south) is that my rear cab mount cross member is seriously rusting away. The frame is even pitting there from where the member delaminated and kept moisture. If yours has rusted out it could cause the cab to sag.
if the floors and rockers are rotten, your cab has all the structural integrity of a slice of swiss cheese. You can fix the cab, or swap it for one that isn't rotten, it's doubtful that anything else is going to help.
