Looking for an aftermarket engine management computer to operate a 4.9 / 300 , I6 without it’s factory emissions components . Essentially controlling the injectors and ignition only with the factories sensors . Any suggestions would be appreciated.
What is the end goal here?
The complete air injection system can be deleted without setting a check engine light and that system constitutes most of the plumbing mess under the hood.
The EGR is one tube and valve, it cannot be deleted cleanly without tuning but it can be defeated... just plug the valve and let it go through the motions to keep the computer happy.
The only other system that sometimes gets mistaken as "smog equipment" is the evaporative collection system, it collects gas vapors from the gas tanks and passes them to the motor where it can be put to use. It's a simple system with a vacuum lines from the tank/s, a charcoal canister and sometime a control solenoid but sometimes there isn't.. the vacuum line just connects directly to the TB.
None of these systems have any effect on engine performance, the EGR can help deliver a little better fuel milage but that is a very small amount, so overall a PCM tuned to remove these system wouldn't make any difference... from the drivers seat anyway.
