I’m going to put the stickers on my motorcycle trailer and see if I can find a situation where It will be of some kind of value. Maybe I’ll be able to type a message on the Ford Truck Forum while PTBA parks my trailer for me.

Ooof. Yup. I started a thread earlier today looking for info on this topic for a SD. I’ve mounted the yaw sensor on my conventional trailer and will see if it gets through calibration successfully tomorrow. I did this because the trailer has a bed liner like material and the stickers are a pain. So, I have to configure the trailer as a 5th wheel. OP, I will circle back tomorrow with results, but as this was over a year ago, I hope you have found your answer.
Edit: gooseneck settings work fine for conventional in terms of yaw sensor calibrating for backup assist, the caveat is that BLIS system isn't available.
