Guys, I did a search, but couldn't find this coming up. I have 20K on my 2022 F-350, and I already have an O2 sensor gone out. Has anyone else had this come up so soon? I haven't seen an TSBs about it. Let me know what you guys know!
I just had a Check engine light on this and got the two codes P2A01 and P2A02. Gullo Ford in Conroe said both NOX 11 and 12 were bad. Truck is a 2020 with 54k miles. $1200 !!!! Parts were LC3Z-5L248-A for 188.60 and LC3Z-5E145-D for 334.25 Labor must be about 150/hr. I find it hard to believe that both NOX sensors suddenly went bad. The code was cleared once and then came back two days later. So, I took it in for repair.
I wish I would have changed them myself if that is all was wrong. Now i am leary about another CEL coming on. We shall see.

They should have been covered by the Federal Emissions warranty for 55k miles.

Thanks
Yep, mine went bad at a about 30k miles. And yes Redford it was covered by warranty.
They said not covered. I found a 2020 warranty guide for Ford and it has this.
I think I will write Ford a letter. I am just 4000 miles past that.
The warranty coverage period for:
• Passenger cars and light duty trucks (applies to vehicles up to 8,500
pounds GVWR) is as follows:
— 8 years or 80,000 miles (whichever occurs first) for catalytic
converter, electronic emissions control unit, and onboard emissions
diagnostic devices.
— 2 years or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) for all other
covered parts .
• Heavy duty vehicles (applies to trucks over 8,500 pounds GVWR up to
19,500 pounds GVWR)
— 5 years or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first) for all covered
parts.
See WHAT IS COVERED? below for list of covered parts.
Note that the warranty period begins on the Warranty Start Date as
specified on page 2 of this booklet.

I have an update on my $1170 repair bill to replace both NOx sensors. I wrote Ford Customer Service explaining my thoughts on the emissions issue and related warranty coverage. I told them how this truck is integral part of my full time RV life. It is a great tow vehicle for large 5th wheels.
Ford agreed and sent me a debit card for all but about $100 of the out of pocket costs to repair.
thank you Ford Motor Company.
