Time for new tires!

I have a set of 18" rims from a 2013 need to put a set of tires on them, but i think i need a set of spacers to account for the offset

Any good sources for offsets and i know you guys have ideas (opinions) for tires

Bora wheel spacers are really good. I have two sets running right now with zero issues.

You'll need some 2" spacers...I ran aluminum ones prior to the coil spring axle swap.

I put on a set of Cooper ST Maxx in 275/70-18. About $300/ea. Seem to be wearing good, I have aboutv30k on them and they look about half done...fair amount of road noise though, traction is good though.

You will need a 2" spacer to account for the difference in the wheel offset on the 2013 rims. I found a set of billet aluminum ones on amazon, supreme engineering I believe, hubcentric. I went with a 275/70/18 tire which is just a little larger diameter than the stock 265's (about the same as 285's). I have a little over 12K on the rims/tires/spacers about 5K pulling our 10K travel trailer. Everything has held up well, tires have worn evenly and after the 500 mile re-torque of the spacers I haven't had to mess with them at all.

I like my cooper AT3 XLTs, no problem with traction so far and they’re wearing great. Plus in my size they have the highest mileage warranty that I found.

I run lots of gravel and off roads situations and I have had great luck with general tires. They wear good and ride good. Price point is great as well.

I have been running Cooper STT MAXX for the past 45,000 - 50,000 miles heavy towing 90% of the time. I use the truck on all surfaces except snow.

Rock, gravel, dirt, grass, mud, concrete, etc...

Based on their wearing, I am on track to get 70,000 miles out of them.

@GotAll4 just went through this process, below are his threads.

In the end, go with your gut feeling after doing your own research and not what some weirdos on the internet say.

Very good and much better than I expected. With the windows closed, I can hear them, but I can have a normal volume conversation with my wife.

Windows open they are a bit louder, but nowhere near a mud tire or brah truck.

I really like them, but I also realize they are not for everyone.

In the videos below I was recording audio and video. You can hear their noise level via the recordings.

Perhaps, which is why I state my observations and posted videos so the reader can form their own opinions.

EDIT: I listened to a bit of the first video and I hear a lot of engine noise, but my perspective on the world in general is often different than others.
