Looking at trading my 16 f150, cc, 5.0, 4x4 for a 21 cc, 3.5tt, 4x4...it will be used as a everyday work truck logging around 120 miles a day, pulling a 4k enclosed trailer to the job site...any do's or don't in going to the 3.5tt? Mainly looking at the 3.5tt for when I pull a 20ft car hauler loaded in the 8k range, which will be about 6 times a year.

If you can justify the expense, I wouldn't get the regular 3.5 EB over the Powerboost variant. Substantially the same engine, but with an electric power adder and improved efficiency. What's not to love about 430 HP?
I wavered about the PB or non. Decided not because I tow a 6x10 enclosed almost everyday. I have yet to see anyone that tows with a PB say their milage increased or the non.
Additional weight and cost, I am not sure it's worth it. Generator would be cool but I have a Honda 2000w.
I just bought my wife a 2021 F150 Lariat earlier this week and we got the 3.5 Ecoboost. I have not towed with it yet but I can tell already with the torque curve it is going to have no problems towing what you described. If it weren't for the needed payload to haul my slide in truck camper, I would be driving one of these in a heartbeat. They are sweet trucks!
