Really stumped about this one. 2006 F150, 5.4, 157000. Stopped at light and it just died on me. The little info window said "check gauges" Tried starting for a couple of minutes and she finally started but was running rough for a few seconds then ran ok and i got it home. Tried starting again to read codes but she wouldn't start. Tried starting the next day and she started right up. Ran ok for a few days, maybe noticed a little rough idle and low rpm's around 520 when stopped in drive. No codes. Fuel pressure seemed okay around 39 psi. Sooooooo, this is what i have done so far with no success: Replaced FPDM, replaced fuel pump, switched relays around, checked fuses, checked power at terminal of one coil and it was getting juice. Checked inertia switch. Still cranks with no start. The only other thing I was able to find as a probable solution is the cam shaft sensors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Sorry I didn't explain thoroughly. After she initially died, I was able to get her started and did run for codes and have some live data. There were no codes.
