Ticking/rattling sound

I just bought a 2012 f150 5.0 with 106k miles on it and I love it! When I bought it, it had a tick that was slightly concerning to me but it was a great deal so I bought it anyway. I assumed it was the normal tick that these engines are infamous for having but now I'm not so sure. The tick happens after the truck has been running for as little as 5 minutes and it is quite loud. I can hear it in the cabin and it's extremely annoying to me. Anyone have any idea if this is normal or not? Also, the oil was recently changed with 5w-30. Below is a link to the sound. The site isn't letting me upload a video for some reason

My work truck is a 2011 f150 with the 5.0 with 143000 miles and it's had he tick for last 5 years or so. If you raise the rpm's to 1000 or so it goes away. Oil pressure/pump not getting oil to the top of the rocker arms? The shop just says run it so I do just that. It has never used any oil and it doesn't give any issues. If it were my personal truck it would drive me crazy, or would it? I certainly don't think it's normal but I don't lose any sleep over it either. Maybe try Mobil 1 synthetic oil? Just a thought, I run that in my personal truck and the engine is very quiet.
