Well, hopefully I have achieved the "drive it" instead of the "work on it" phase of my ownership. Based on the recent "2,500 mile/high elevation shakedown" trip, I am very happy with the performance.
Regarding the original ask here -- were you asking for the part number for the tie down for the jack behind the rear seat that @IDI-Charlie provided? The picture you are showing is of the wrench tools under the hood -- which also seem to be missing the spacer-hold-down-brackets as well....?
I take that jack stuff off at put it aside when there is going to be any extended leaning over the front of the engine bay, so it doesn't poke or scrape my forearms. And I keep one of those Harbor Freight foldable aluminum footstools with me in the truck which has come in handy before. In a pinch the spare tire also works and wont slip out from under you.
I carry a 10 ft ladder and two step stools while traveling. I also carry a ton of tools, lights, parts, etc in order to be as prepared as possible.
The Ranch Hand makes for a nice step and working surface, as seen below. This was a few years ago on the way to the beach where the cold side boot at the tube to turbo kept blowing off. This was with the MST. I learned a lesson that day and now carry a 2' 3/8" extension and some brake cleaner.

No sir, I swapped in a 363 SXE a month or so ago, then did a 40 mile round trip shakedown towing the 5th wheel. Everything looked great, so we jumped in the deep end and towed 2,500 miles from GA to ID over 9,000 ft peaks.
This is an aspirational goal like how one strives for nirvana but never achieves it. Snap out of it before we place you in a straightjacket.

Nah brah! Goals, dreams and nirvana ARE achievable!

I was looking for the plastic piece I am pointing to in post #1 and what IDI-Charlie ID'd. I will ask for the other side part number at the Ford counter when I see what their in person part number is.
The hold down bracket is toward the other side and the wing bolt goes through the lug wrench. I think the other side plastic clamps has a broken clip as well, but it us an inside one.
Hence why I haven't replaced it yet, but likely will with the other side.

The number for the jack bracket is F81Z-17091-AB, with the brackets for the tools under the hood being F81Z-17A038-AB for 2 ton jacks and F81Z-17A038-BB for 6 ton jacks.
Believe F81Z-17091-CA is the number for the lug wrench clamp itself.

Part # F81Z-17A038-AB ordered through the Ford dealer in the next town over for $11. Clay (parts desk representative) remembered my mom when I gave him my last name. We chatted a moment and laughed about the 65 year old, gray haired lady that drove an orange SRT-8 Dodge Challenger with black racing strips.
This is not her car, but identical to how it looked.
Turns out part # F81Z-17A038-AB is for a strap to augment holding the tools down.
Part # YC35-17091-AA is stamped on the holder and that is discontinued. Part # F81Z-17091-CA is the updated part #, but I need to order one over the phone from another dealer.
The local dealer was nice enough to give me 3 choices within a couple of hours from here.
So, things are looking good for getting a replacement.
I must have been away when this came up. Let me check in my hoard, I might have that out there. To be clear, you are talking about the one on the driver's side?

Yes Mark and that would be great if you have one that us in good shape!
The tool holder on the driver side that holds the two bars in place is what I need. There is a small bolt and a twist to remove tab that holds it in place.
This might be a meant to be thing as I sent you some seat belts years ago so you could tinker with them.
Let me know if you have one Mark, here or via text and I will get you some funds for shipping and whatever you want for the part.
Mark ( @Walleye Hunter ) was able to locate the part I needed in "3 seconds". He will be sending it my way next week.
Thank you Mark, I appreciate the kind gesture and as always, will pay it forward whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Es nada, as they say south of the border. I've had guys send stuff to me and I'm just passing it along. I was actually impressed with how quickly I found it. My wife knows nothing about how I keep my inventory.
