Recommendation for good free flowing quiet muffler fro 95’ power stroke. Heard about “thrush hush”, any ideas? Need cat conv also.

This. The stock muffler is straight through and 3.5" I think and will support 400rwhp on the high end. At that point a 4" would help average torque.

Does your state require the cat? You are better off doing slapping a downpipe on it and keeping the rest stock.

My truck has a straight 4" pipe from downpipe back, no cat, no muffler. I can barely hear the exhaist at all unless I have the windows down and riding next to something (side exit exhaust on front of right rear tire)

Point being these trucks don't have very loud exhaust in my experience. The noise comes from the engine itself.
