New leaf or fix bracket

Not sure if this is a add a leaf on along with our 4 inch block but I have been working on a 95 ford f250 with the 7.3 have done lots to it dana 60 swap all new steering from tire to steering column high flow air filter with all new turbo boots all away around redid injectors gonna throw a chip in it and a 3.5 inch pmf reverse shackle in the front, as well as a 425hp clutch.....been experiencing back end float above 60 and on sharp left turns everything in the rear seems alright except this one bracket out of 4, only one bolt is broken on the driver side, could this be what is causing the floating in the rear and can i fix it by buying new bolts and torqueing it down? Or do I need to redo the leaf's hopefully not because running out of budget to spend on the truck already upwards of 5 to 6 grand. Here are some pics.

I would say fix the bracket, but if you wanted to replaced the leaf, it wouldn’t hurt. A new bracket would be what I would do personally.
