this shifter came with the truck.. it was still in the box, never used.. the truck was originally a 6cyl 3 on the tree.. then he put a 289 w a c4.. then it was crashed.. ended up with a 400m in it.. thats when i got it..... but i guess i was lucky with the shifter. it is pretty cool and it works with the c6

I talked to a person from Gennie yesterday afternoon. I told him what I was looking for. He said if I was not in a big hurry they would see what would work out best for the transmission I have. At least they called back and I could talk to someone. I want a transmission mounted shifter. Lokar and others I have found so far only have floor mounted ones for this transmission. So we shall see.
