Electronic Reset?
So i have a 2018 f 350, cc, lb, 6.7, 48k miles and recently my phone wont sync up and there is about a 5 second delay on the touch screen. Is this common / something easily addressed or a dealer issue?

You don't say which system you have, but I find that I have to pull fuse #29 in the passenger footwell every few months to get my to act correctly. It does all kinds of weird things, then pull the fuse, count a slow 10 count and replace it. Everything is back working correctly again.

If you are not registered at Ford Owner, you should register. That way you can see if there are any updates to your Sync.

Select settings than look for about Sync it should tell you what version you have. The go to owner.ford.com and register add your VIN and you will be able to see if there are any updates.
