Help front outer u-joint replacement

Help front outer u-joint replacement
I'm grasping for straws here I'm replacing the front outer u-joint on a 2013 F550. When I tighten the four bearing hub bolts the shaft binds can't hardly turn it. I remember I had this problem before on an 02 F350 but I can't for the life of me remember what the problem was. I've had the axle shaft in and out a dozen times can't see what is holding it out any help would be awesome thanks

Can't turn like can't rotate or can't swing the knuckle? If the latter pull the shaft toward you or snug the stub shaft nut. The u-joint and ball joints need to swing in the same axis, roughly
If you can't rotate, maybe it's getting shoved into the carrier center pin and snugging the stub shaft nut would still help by pulling it outboard.

Thanks for all the help i figured it out I finally said screw it and put it back together stuck a bar in the hub and spun it a few times and all is good now must have just needed to get seated Thanks all👍👍
