engine rpms values change manually with IDS?

Question to IDS clone users: have any of you already increased the motor rpms and fan speed rpms for testing purposes? I wanted to set the motor speed to 1500rpms and set the fan to 100% power, that doesn't work for me.
Does that work for your versions?

I have changed the RPM value. I don't recall doing the fan %.
