I had another idea

Pardon my lack of photoshop skills , but would this be cool or just wrong? Not a fan of (manure spreader) nickname.

Would you rather have a manure spreader or a vampire?

People who use that nickname are just jealous. A much nicer grill than some boring horizontal lines...

I don't look at my '51 as a manure spreader, many people say it's like a bulldog with the lower teeth showing or like shark teeth. They have character. Case and point.

Well that doesn't look too bad but I've decided to leave well enough alone . It was just a thought. Thanks for all the honest opinions and I saved that pic anyway. I like my grill just not the nickname. extra teeth look good in coes and big trucks but not my thing in small ones. Less teeth don't look right to me either. It will be a while before I get that far as I use it almost every day as my shop truck .

Sounds like you want a monkey face but can't admit it. We all know the
new for 48 was the best next to the pre war 40. Now there was a pretty
face, car or truck. And the chevron tail lights are to die for. As cool as the
early Mustang tail lights. They have made history. Now a Monkey face with
frenched in chevron tail lights is the best o the best. If only the "40 front clip
would fit n the fat fenders. Now that would do it for me. Just sayin. But I am just sayin
a lot. Right? I love this site for it's freedom to say what is on ones mind
without getting flamed. Thanks for listening folks. And now ya can't flame me.

I think that sounds worse, "Monkey face". ha ha I do agree about the 40 model .
I always wanted one .....until I sat in one , No room at all , man was I disappointed. I am enjoying my "spreader" and people here have not ever heard of that name so I'm good.

If you don't like the name manure spreader, must use the nickname for a manure spreader, Honey Wagon!

Hey I like that. Thanks Abe . It's your fault .I started trying to add that 54 grill after seeing your fine example and the one on the wall . I've liked the 54 grill the best in the 3-4-5 s. I got all starry eyed and lost it .
