Just tell them you need a Ford TFI Module wrench, assuming they don't completely have their heads up their bums, they should know what you're talking about.

Just found a really weird socket that fit it. Pulled it out and there is a bunch of white paste behind it. Is that a normal thing? I have not seen anything like that yet on the videos and pictures of these things.

New coil and ignition control module did nothing. Still no spark. Spark plugs are completely dry. Fuel pressure is at 50 when turned on and around 55 when cranking over. Parts store is telling me it may be a faulty coil out of the box and not telling the injectors to fire and no spark.

I am thinking a bad pickup in the distributor and/or crank position sensor.

You don't have a crank position sensor atleast that I know of. You did remember to hook the wires up when you replaced the ignition control module? I forgot once. You could check to make sure you have power up to the coil through one of the small wires hooked onto the coil with the ignition switch turned on.

It's pretty good when the parts store tells you a part may be faulty out of the box. I know this happened on here to someone very recently. where did you get the coil and ignition module and what brand were they?

I have done all of these tests and even switched out the distributor because i had one and still zero spark or fuel. I took the computer out and opened it to check the capacitors and they seemed fine. Could there have been a way the timing is so far out that it will not fire spark or the injectors? I don't know how that would get done but who knows at this point. Is there a fuel injector relay or is it all on the fuel pump relay? The relay they gave me at the parts store fits the spade pattern but is too big for the plug.
