Mine is an early model 2020. Did what I swore I would not do and bought the first year model of a new engine and/or transmission. 20k on it right now. Love it more every time I tow something. Most I have had behind it is around 8500. I don't think it is any louder than my 6.0 diesel was. It is a LOT bigger interior also. I have no regrets with it. All I am hoping for right now is that it doesn't develop the issues with the tranny I have heard the first generation had. But I treat it like a truck and maintain it like you are supposed to also.
