dumb wheel question

dumb wheel question
So i have a 2021 f250 with regular lug nut and wheel caps now. I also have a set of lariat type wheel covers with exposed lug nuts. now the dumb question, the exposed lug nuts at latched to wheel caps, do I have to take all the old nuts off first then put on the exposed ones all at the same time?
