If anyone get's the Leveling kit installed please post some PICs here, I am ordering it this weekend and want to see what it looks like. I looked at the DAYSTAR picture and it really does not show alot but you can tell the front is lifted.

I just received my kit yesterday - will probably do the install on Thursday with pics (will try to document the installation). It seems lengthy and something you would only want to do if you have the tools.

I completed my install today. Will try to do a write-up, but in the meantime you can see some install pics at:

bmcqueen,

Your truck looks great! I am interested in doing a small lift but am afraid of what it will do to the ride. Can you give me you rhonest opinion of how much it changed the ride? Much stiffer?

Thanks...

Bubba.....

I LOVE your new truck!! My new 04 F-150 Lariat Screw, Loaded, 4 x 2 just arrived at my dealer's lot late last night. It is the same color as yours, but has the black leather interior instead of tan like yours. I am also putting the black WeatherTech rubber floor mats in mine, as they are almost TWICE the size of the carpeted ones that come with the truck, and the rear ones cover the ENTIRE rear seat carpeted area.

I went to look mine over this morning, and it is a "beauty".....!! I can't wait to pick it up at lunchtime tomorrow, and will then take it to have an ARE LSII AZ Beige Metallic Hard Tonneau Cover installed on it. I will post some pictures of it as soon as I get a chance.

And by the way, how much ride difference is there with the Daystar lift installed. Do you know if they make a kit that will elevate ONLY THE FRONT END of my 4 x 2, so that it sits level with the rear end??

The DAYSTAR 2.5 Leveling kit only lifts the front end! It will look good even on the 4x2......

BMC,

How much more lift did you get by swapping the 275's for 285's?
Half inch?????? I cannot believe the Nitto terra Grapplers went up 75.00 since the influx of requests for them for the 2004 Fords.
