Sounds like you'd be getting the truck hot enough. Get something to monitor the regen status if you're **** like me. Some guys don't worry about it. As long as the regens complete.

There is not a vehicle out there that does not have it's bugs and troubles....The International Scout is about gone so if you do not want to buy something that is 20-30 years old and has NO computer telling it what to do you will have trouble on occasion....That is why we ALL stay glued to this site to learn and try to prevent troubles from happening....Good Luck with what you buy!

Oh I know no vehicle is perfect, I'm just looking for the one that is the least not perfect!
I quite enjoy both my 12 valves with their lack of monitors and computer aids, but I want something that is a bit more comfortable and less noisy on the inside.
