Yes, people have been turning vans and even sedans into trucks for a long time. Necessity is the mother ... This example is typical - functional but not very attractive.

Now, imagine this done with a dent side van (1975-91) but in a more workmanlike manner, perhaps with a few body bits from a dent side Bronco. Haven't seen one yet but would like to.

Therea a dent camper around here, the camoer parta gone and it looks like the van front end with the back of an ex cab off a bull nose cobbled on and a flat rack. On back If it was done nice with a dent super cab rear section or somthing it could be kinda cool is a dually lol
