Just noticed on my truck that when you slow down and the speedometer gets to around 3-4 mph, the truck seems to “jar or bounce” back and forth slightly until you stop.
Truck is 2020 6.7 and only has 2400 miles. Any one else experience this?
Guessing you are doing this on flat level pavement....
I'd look for alignment and balance of tires.
Just because its new, doesn't mean its in alignment or that the tires were balanced correctly.
I'd roll it back to the dealer and have them check it out.

Alignment seems to be good. The truck tracks straight. Yes Ive noticed this on the main road when coming to a stop at a light or stop sign. Its not a violent back and forth rock, but its enough for you to feel it.

You are talking when the brakes are applied, correct? One of our cars does something like that when coming to a stop under light braking. Like the pads grip and ease up, grip and ease up. This particular car has had brake issues so I attribute it to the rotors being warped or something like that.

Yes when brakes are applied coming to a stop.
Yes, this is exactly what it does. "Like the pads grip and ease up, grip and ease up." Sorta feels like the ABS is kicking on and off for the last few seconds.
If I gently let off the brake before it hits 3-4 mph, the grip and ease up, grip and ease up is not that noticeable.
Just took the truck for a drive with my neighbor and upon going from 50-0 like a kid walked in front of your truck, its definitely noticeable.
That sounds like you have some glazing on the rotors. The glazing causes low friction areas where the pad won't properly grip. When you have it in spots, the theory for how it happens is that the brakes get a hard apply or overheated and you come to a prolonged stop where that area of the rotor cooks the pad. You would probably have some pad glazing too. You can remove rotor glaze with sanding. Plenty of videos online to show you the methods.
Do you feel any wobble in the steering wheel under various braking situations (hard vs light)? If so, it sounds like you have warped rotors on the front.
My 6.7 does this also. I noticed that on mine the rpm's bounce a little as it is happening. Almost like the engine is trying to slightly overpower the brakes or the transmission hasn't fully disengaged. If I roll to a stop in neutral it doesn't do it.
Mine has done that since the day it was delivered to the dealer. I feel it is the transmission as it is dropping into 1st in prep for speeding back up. It is especially noticeable with the 4.30 gears. The truck doesn’t seem to do it when the weight of our camper is behind us as we come to a stop, so I can live with it happening occasionally when I do drive it not connected to the camper. We bought it specifically for towing and it rarely is driven without pulling our camper.
This seems to come and go for me.
Sunday I drove for 6 hours looking at small towns here in the middle of Massachusetts. I didn't seem to notice it that day but did the few days before that... it's kinda of like the engine/idle is too high and when you lightly use the brake it keeps trying to go a bit faster. Not sure if that made sense
I'm bumping this to see if anyone has fixed this or brought it in?
I'm having so many issues with this truck that I'm about to sell it. Between this, the tranny slack and now Rapping in the tranny starting again (before it was the 'bolts hitting'. I'm not about to go back in every 3k for them to adjust that.
